Refunds

For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that our policies differ between project payments and one-time payments made for product, services, and guided product purchases, and that payment options may vary from one Service to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. Similarly, we have no obligation to offer late refunds to users who do not intimate us of manufacturing defect, or who are otherwise unsatisfied with their final purchase.

1.0) For One-time Product, and Services Purchases

The Organisation offers unconditional 100% refunds on items that are damaged in transit. The Organisation also offers 100% refunds on products where a manufacturing defect becomes evident within Forty-eight (48) hours of delivery or pickup.

Customers must provide irrefutable proof of manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit. Items deemed damaged due to mishandling by customer will not be eligible for refund.

2.0) For Project based Prodcuts, and Services Purchases

The Organisation offers unconditional 100% refunds on items that are damaged in transit. The Organisation also offers 100% refunds on products where a manufacturing defect becomes evident within Forty-eight (48) hours of delivery or pick-up.

Customers must provide irrefutable proof of manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit. Items deemed damaged due to mishandling by customer will not be eligible for refund.

3.0) Notwithstanding the foregoing, shorter refund periods may apply to specific products and services. In these cases, the shorter period will be stated as part of the Proforma Invoice or the Final Invoice.

4.0) For Other Paid Services

Except as described in this Refund Policy or as explicitly stated as part of the sign-up process for a Product or Service, the Organisation has no obligation to provide refunds or vouchers for any other Services.

5.0) Third Party Marketplaces

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you purchase a product or a service, or purchase any other paid Service, through a third party marketplace (e.g., in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or purchases made through certain alternative payment services), the refund policy applicable to that third party marketplace will apply, unless otherwise explicitly stated by the Organisation. Except as otherwise explicitly stated by the Organisation, the third party marketplace will be solely responsible for making refunds under its refund policy, and the Organisation will have no refund obligations. the Organisation disclaims any responsibility or liability related to any third party marketplace’s refund policy or the third party’s compliance or noncompliance with such policy.

Exchange / Replacement

Our replacement policy allows you to swap your purchased product with another unit of the same product within replacement time-frame of delivery / pick-up if the product you purchased has defects in workmanship that were not evident earlier or you discover that the size is incorrect and must be swapped with at most one (1) size larger or smaller. At present, the replacement time-frame is seven (7) days including the date of delivery / pickup.

Replacement items may be from our re-stocked or refurbished inventory.

The availability of replacement service is subject to availability of stock. In the event, we are unable to provide you a replacement within the replacement time-frame, we will refund your purchase in it’s entirety.

Items that are being replaced / exchanged, must be sent to us in their original packaging with labels, tags, etc. in undamaged condition. Items should not have been put to regular use and must not show any signs of usage or wear and tear. Items that are found to be unfit for re-stocking / re-furbishing may not be accepted for replacement / exchange.

Some items that are considered innerwear (for ex: socks, vests, innerwear etc.) are not eligible for replacements.

The cost of shipping the items for replacement to us and the return shipping to the customer will be borne by the customer. An invoice towards shipping and handling will be generated for replacement requests that must be paid prior to shipping the item to us.

Items maybe replaced without incurring shipping cost by visiting our local fulfilment centers listed here.

IMPORTANT: Please obtain a ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’ (RMA) document from us prior to visiting out fulfilment centers for Replacement or shipping the item to us.

Cancellation / Returns

All purchases are final and items cannot be returned for refund unless they have a manufacturing defect.

A request for order cancellation may be processed by us if the item has not been shipped at the time of placing the request for cancellation.

Transfer of Refund Amount

In case of Order Cancellations, the amount will be returned to the user’s Wallet Balance on the Organisation website. This balance can be used for future purchases within one (1) year from the date of wallet-balance-credit.

In case of Order Exchange / Replacement, a RMA Authorization will be issued to the customer and credit note generated at the Local Fulfilment Center (as selected by the customer during RMA Request). Customer can visit the selected fulfilment center and exchange (± 1 size) or replace the product (same size) by returning the item delivered to them.

In case the exchange / replacement product is priced higher than item originally delivered, customers will need to pay the balance amount at the Fulfilment Center. In case the exchange / replacement product is priced lower than the item originally delivered, the customer may be issued a Wallet Balance on the website for future purchases.

Refunds or Credits are not allowed in any form other than Wallet Balance on the website.
